Our Founding Story
Nytebird was founded by Jonathan Kaiser and Sho Takei, both seasoned recruiters with a passion for connecting people and opportunities. As early recruiters for Uber in Asia, Jonathan and Sho played pivotal roles in scaling the company's presence across the continent. Their experience at Uber taught them the importance of agility, innovation, and the right team in driving a company's success.
In 2020, they co-founded Hyre, a recruitment agency dedicated to finding top talent for businesses looking to grow. While expanding Hyre's team, they ventured into the Philippines and were astounded by the wealth of skilled professionals eager to make a global impact. This discovery ignited a new vision: to create a platform that makes it seamless for companies to hire exceptional offshore talent.
