Nytebird started with two entrepreneurs, Sho and Jonathan, who spent the last decade building recruiting teams for fast growing tech companies across Asia and the US. They were regularly hired when the stakes were high: scaling recruiting operations, first boots on the ground, teams who would work close to founders and senior leadership.
In those rooms, we kept seeing the same pattern. Recruiting teams were constantly rebuilding pipelines from scratch after offer rejections. Many had tried outsourced sourcers before. Few felt they could truly rely on them for judgment, quality, and pipeline continuity.
